Mendem Kiran Kumar is an educationist, social activist, and youth leader dedicated to empowering students and unemployed youth across Telangana. With academic qualifications including M.A., M.Phil., and pursuing Ph.D., he has been actively working to provide quality education, career guidance, competitive exam coaching, and employment awareness through Right Choice Academy, RC Exams Online, Telangana Youth Force, and Yuva Telangana E-Paper.

His mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by helping thousands of students achieve their academic and career goals while encouraging social responsibility and youth leadership.
